We deliver across Pakistan. In-stock items typically ship within 35-40 business days of order confirmation; custom pieces may take longer and will be communicated at the time of order. Delivery charges depend on your location and the size of the order, and will be confirmed before dispatch. All furniture is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit — please inspect your delivery on arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.

Because most of our furniture is handcrafted to order, returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match the agreed specifications, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange. Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, though our return policy may apply. Custom and made-to-order pieces can only be cancelled before production begins; once work has started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover materials and labor already committed.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us — such as your name, phone number, or address — is used only to process your order, respond to inquiries, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as needed to deliver your order (e.g. courier partners). You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us directly.

By browsing or purchasing from Wood Resort, you agree to these terms. All products are subject to availability, and prices may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only once details are agreed upon via WhatsApp or in person. Wood Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion. Product images are for illustration — natural variations in wood grain and color are normal and not considered defects.
